If you possess an intimate knowledge of 3D rendering software and enjoy assisting and educating others, we have a spot on our team for you.

A customer support role on our team will provide technical assistance to our customer base via email and social channels, responding to customer queries that require triage and testing of bug reports, recommending best practices for 3D art production, and resolving common license related concerns.

Applicants should have a working knowledge of Marmoset’s software, exemplify competent written communication abilities, and be able to provide examples of their own 3D rendering and/or art production experience.

HOURS: Flexible
LOCATION: Our team works remotely around the world, relocation not required

Marmoset is looking to expand our team with specialists in sales and order management. This role on the team will work directly on the operations team to manage customer relationships and the software sales process with Marmoset’s corporate and academic customers.

Applicants should exemplify excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and have experience working in e-commerce systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Note: Experience in data tracking and analysis is an added bonus. Knowledge of digital art software is not a requirement!
